For those of you that have not had the pleasure of seeing us at a local parade, we put on quite a show and seem to be a crowd favorite. The NGFD Ladder team has been performing at parades for many, many years.

Even though we are a volunteer department, we are still dedicated to being a prepared as possible for every situation. The video above demonstrated an evacuation procedure that firefighters can use to quickly escape a fire situation where conditions are deteriorating and it is no longer safe in that environment. It is highly recommended that these techniques not be attempted unless you have practiced this using a safety line.
